At Areeba Waheed Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and original contents, where applicable.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Personal care and hygiene products.
Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final-sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.
